All committees' memberships are final as listed below.

Real-world UN membership will be reflected should any changes in membership occur - for example, should any new countries be added to the United Nations' membership and therefore become part of the General Assembly and other UN organs with universal membership, the membership of any committee we simulate with universal membership will reflect that addition. Given the uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic around the real-world meetings of the General Assembly to elect the real-world Human Rights Council membership, NWMUN-Portland 2021 will be using the 2020 HRC membership.

Country assignments listed as "Pending" are provisional and are subject to change; they are held for up to two weeks to allow delegations to pay for their assignments. If payment is received within this period, the assignment will be changed (to remove "Pending") to reflect a confirmed registration; if not, the country assignment will be reversed and other delegations may request the country once more.
